Super Mario Bottle Cap

Look at that Super Mario Bros. bottle cap! I found it in the backyard of my house which was built in 1989. Back in 1989 Pepsi and Nintendo did a promotion which you can watch in the video below. I remember the promotion vividly. I can’t believe the bottle cap has surved for 22 years in my backyard. I bought the house almost two years ago and the backyard has been a dusty mess. I’ve hunted back there with a metal detector even and never found this. Perhaps the dog dug it up? I’m tempted to “un-smash” it to see if the cap was a winner!
